Meet the Press

0

As recent events in London and New Orleans have highlighted, the press isn't always the best or quickest source of information on breaking news stories. With such a large percentage of the population carrying mobile camera phones these days, it was only a matter of time before the regular guy on the street started getting tapped for his coincidentally journalistic "skills" of being on the scene when events happen. Scoopt, a media agency that matches the public's photo and video coverage of newsworthy events with press outlets, has tapped into an increasingly relevant space of public journalism over the past few months, and there's a standing call for submissions. Ever thought of joining the press?

Best meet the press, I've ever heard. I've always thought the mark of brilliant is being able to take a complicated subject and put it in simple terms that is on point. Your guess are absolute masters in this regard.
