Design - January 19 2006Decode Clock0 The sleek Decode Clock features a clever design element in the hour hand, which makes the subtly-abstract numbers on the clock face readable when it passes over. You've probably figured this out, but here goes: Each black number is enclosed in a silver block on the black background, making the numbers' edges indistinguishable from the background and (sort of) unreadable. Revolving around the clock face, the hand’s edges “decode each number as it passes over. By: cory o'malley |
