Return of the Mimobots

If you liked those Mimoco Mimobot flash drives we covered back in August, you might be interested in the brand's new “Love and Hate� duo. Created by Chicago-based Shawn(imal) Smith in a tiny edition of 333 each, the USB 2.0 drive comes in a 256mb, 512mb, 1gb, or 2gb version. Each drive also comes loaded with a tutorial on how to make your own Shawnimal plush toy, a neat twist that further integrates the artist’s work. (A super-limited edition of 20 plush toys can also be purchased here for those too lazy to follow instructions). The set launches what could be a memorable artist series of Mimobots, bringing together art, technology, and collectable toys in a fresh way.
