Technology - May 08 2006MiniHitch2 Anytime I unpack an LCD monitor for work or home, I can't help but notice the mounting slots in the back. Aside from specialty situations like hospitals, when have you ever seen those used? The slots generally just sit there with no function, much like the security lock version on laptops. This CompWave MiniHitch, however, finds some use for the slots, as it attaches to your Mac Mini and allows it to straddle on back of your monitor. The rack is made of clear acrylic and it integrates seamlessly, both from a visual and functional standpoint. It uses standard VESA pattern mounting holes, which means that means it will fit on the back of most monitors, not just Apple Cinema Displays. Just make sure you have an adjustable base to compensate for the additional weight in the back. | Lifehacker via Gizmodo | By: david vo |
