We can't really think of anything you'd use this device for that would be anywhere near as fun as annoying and confusing those around you. Fortunately, that counts too. A one trick pony, the TV-B-Gone merely turns off "virtually any TV," and it's small enough to carry around on a keychain. As annoying as you want it to be.
