Edit Or Erase Sent Email with BigString

4

Sure, you put that warning at the bottom of your email about information contained therein being intended for the recipient only. But is that really any concrete insurance that what you are sending won't be endlessly forwarded on--or even worse, imagine a potentially embarrassing video you send in confidence being put onto Youtube. With that worst case scenario in mind, BigString (Beta) has developed a service that lets you edit, recall, or completely erase an email message and its attachments remotely.

The patent-pending enables you to erase or edit all email you send, regardless of where it ends up. You can erase or edit email that has been forwarded, and it will show change to all parties who eventually received it. You can even erase or edit attachments that have been forwarded, extracted, and filed.

Best of all, your editing or erasing of email messages from a recipient's inbox is as subtle as possible. When you make a change to the message, the recipient is not notified, and the message looks the same in the inbox it originally arrived in. If you delete a message, the recipient's inbox shows the original subject line with a blank message inside.
