Balcony Barbecue for Apartment Grilling

11

One of the problems with apartment living--especially with the thought of summer on the horizon--can be the lack of space for traditional backyard activities like the pickup wiffle ball game, the yard sale, and, especially, the barbecue. Recognizing that it is the god-given right of every red-blooded male to utilize even the smallest spaces available for barbecuing, this Bruce balcony barbecue [product page], designed by Henrik Drecker, fits conveniently onto a balcony railing, much like a flower box, utilizing similar fastening hardware to keep it in place. The small grill features an interior box and inner rack designed for holding charcoal, and the upper grill is thin but large enough to accommodate burgers, sausages, fish, or a couple of small steaks.
