I've come to accept that I will never own a home. Never. The cost of housing inflates faster than my income can ever keep up with. Being a part of the new class of permanent renters doesn't mean I'll never be able to customize my living space to my liking if this apartment concept from designer Setmund Leung becomes commonplace beyond Hong Kong. The apartment features sliding panels on rails that you can use to partition the space to your preference.
