Hmmm, this is a product I would love to test on myself. I actually experiment quite a bit with polyphasic sleep since my schedule is more full than most people's and I rarely get a straight 8 hours sleep. The SleepTracker monitors your sleep patterns so that it wakes you at the optimal state in your sleep cycle, helping you avoid the usual morning grogginess. You determine a window within which you would like to be awakened. For example, you want to wake up at 7AM at the LATEST. You set the watch to wake you up anytime from 6:30AM to 7. The watch detects when your sleep is the lightest within that thirty minute window and wakes you up when you're closest to wakefulness. Obviously, it must also have the good taste and tact not to rouse you from a particularly vivid wet dream. By: anh ta
