Fusion Tables

All my bachelor friends who buy their first home inevitably furnish it with a pool table. It’s a futile attempt at hanging onto the carefree life of singlehood while gliding down the slippery slope of domesticity and Republicanism (not a partisan remark, just an observation I’ve noticed among my friends that the more money and stuff they have, the more they start agreeing with the Grand Old Party). What they fail to realize is that most of us don’t really enjoy playing pool. We play it because it’s something to do to make us look cool in front of women. So there’s absolutely no reason for guys to hang out at home and shoot pool. None. The table will get used less than a dozen times before it goes on Craigslist.
