This reminds me of the full-contact chess played in Mel Brooks' History of the World, when pawn took Queen, then King took Queen. One of my favorite movies as a kid. This chess set ups the excitement of chess (I didn't know it could be upped any more from its current level) by concaving each of the squares and rounding out the bottoms of the pieces. By: anh ta
