Penguin Sparkling Water Maker

I always suspected the "special sparkling water" at restaurants was a rip-off, and now I know I was right. The Penguin Sparkling water maker lets you add carbonation to ordinary tap water, without using batteries or electricity. So don't believe the waiter when he tries to talk you into that $7.00 bottle...the water from the tap may just be the same exact thing.
