Famous Last Words Necklace
December 2 2008
I am always reading something. A lot of my book choices are from random browsing in the bookstore. Or when I'm at a party I always find myself spending most of my time in front of the host's bookcases. It's fascinating to peruse other people's readings. But I've never been inspired by a piece of...

The Cramp-Free Pen
December 3 2008
I am really curious to know how easy or difficult it is to write with this pen. The wishbone design doesn't require as firm a grip as more typical pens, relieving the pressure on your fingers. Makes writing so easy that reports practically write themselves. |via

Too Late Watch
December 4 2008
I don't know if it was Lance Armstrong who started the plastic cause-promoting wristbands but everyone had one at one point. Except for me. Now I can jump late on the bandwagon, sort of. These Too Late watches are so basic they're barely a step up from a rubber band. They display the time. That's...

Glass Bed
December 5 2008
This bed by Santambrogio Milano reminds me of bleacher seats. I suppose if you need a cheering section for your bedroom activities this would accommodate all of your fraternity brothers for when the "rodeo" comes to town. Made of...

Drop Light
December 8 2008
During these dark days of winter we often find ourselves needing a glimmer to see our way through the long nights. This lighting concept from Doosan Baek is like a newspring harvest. The bulbs can be plucked from the chandelier and used individually as freestanding lamps. They're charged while...

UNO 24 Watch
December 8 2008
This is an interesting time-keeping watch. It has one hand that tracks a single 24-hours. Instead of living by the minute you have a more holistic sense of the day, seeing how much of it has gone by and how much of it is left. A slight line marks the end of the day and the beginning of a new one....

Airplane Window
December 9 2008
How peculiar. For the airplane enthusiast in your life, this might make the perfect gift for them this Christmas. An actual window from the last Pan American Boeing 707, the N880PA. Yes, buy this for your loved one and you'll get to enjoy having an airplane window in your home forever. Joy indeed.
